“Travel with BMW - Destination: Türkiye” for MSRS Members

"Travel with BMW - Destination: Türkiye" was launched on 3 December by BMW Concessionaires (HK) Ltd. in collaboration with the Consulate General of the Republic of Turkey in Hong Kong to promote Turkish art and culture. Maritime Silk Road Society (MSRS) members were invited to participate and experience an evening featuring traditional handicrafts and gourmet that took place at the BMW Tokwawan Showroom.
The rich programme consisted of an exhibition introducing Turkish history, art and culture and traditional cuisines, such as Turkish coffee brewed on hot sand. The exhibition also displayed gorgeous traditional costumes and exquisite copperware, showing the beauty of Turkish craftsmanship. There was a booth where participants could create their own marbling painting (Ebru). MSRS members attending the event had a memorable evening with hands on experience in paper marbling and a unique taste of coffee making.
