Xi’an Cultural Tour

In the Han Dynasty, the opening up of the Silk Road by Zhang Qian facilitated transcontinental trade among China and Western countries. Development of trade brought about influx of peoples, goods, cultures and religions to the city. Nowadays, Xi’an is not only “the ancient capital of ten dynasties”, but also an industrial and research centre of central and western China.

Fujian (Xiamen, Quanzhou) – Maritime Silk Road Cultural Tour

Mrs Regina Ip led a delegation of 150 members, who were mainly full-time Hong Kong undergraduate students and MSRS representatives, for the “Fujian (Xiamen, Quanzhou) – Maritime Silk Road Cultural Tour” on 25 - 29 March.
